So far we have 20ish players interested in this event, now all we have to 
do is organise venue and date. If anybody still hasn't replied saying 
they are interested please do so ASAP.
The provisional date decided on for the event is 

		Saturday the 2nd March to Sunday the 3rd March.
			(lunchtime to lunchtime)

in various rooms around Churchill Cllege. If those people who have 
expressed interest could confirm yes/no for this date soon it would be 
greatly appreciated.

PolyCon AC1

We are trying to organise some Society teams to enter the AD&D tournament
at the convention on the 16th March. The Society will pay the 3 pounds
entry fee for the teams, although players will still have to pay the 1
pound entry into the convention itself. Teams must contain 6 people and
must be registered with the organisers by the 19th February, so let us
know ASAP if you are interested by contacting the External Officer (Rob
Wilcox, rjw1005@hermes) and the Secretary (Steve McIntyre,
sam1007@hermes). We are trying to get more information about the rules of
the tournament; we will pass this on when we have it.
