Yes, we0are LRPing on Friday. All of you wh want to come, meet at Clare
Colony at 9.30am on Frkday. (If you dunno where that is, then mail me, and
I'll give you directions.) If you want to bike, then mail me, and I'll
give you that set of directions!! 

We will be able to provide some transport, but first come goes in the
first load, and if you get to go in the next load, it will mean waiting
about 1/2 hour each end... so let me know sooner rather than later. 

The cost of the day itself will be L2.00,(members) or L2.50 (non-members) 
and equipment hire is L1.00 a piece. Any make-up that you will want / need
will be provided, but if you want to bring anything in case it may come in
useful then please do. It is safe to leave things in the cars. 

Please bring lunch, and medicines, etc. that you may need, INCLUDING hay 
fever tablets and sun cream. There is water on site, but bring your own mugs.

Please do _not_ bring alcohol....it can make LRP dangerous, and you will
not be allowed to take part in the adventures if you are under ANY
influences. Sorry< but this is our policy, and we0hope that you will
understand. Smoking is also not permytted during the adventures
themselves, and it only permytted in certain areas, as the area is wooded. 
If you HAVE to smoke, please clear it with myself and the ref first, (ie
Rob)

All equipment will be safety checked, even if it is your own. If you
break/ destroy any borrowed items, you will be asked to cover the
replacement costs. People may choose to lend out their own equipment, but
we take NO respo~sibility for damage to personal property... if you lend,
you must make your own arrangements. 

You will be asked to sign a disclaimer at the start of the adventure, and
there will be at least one first aider on site... if anyone else is so
qualified, can they let me know. 

Do feel free to forward this to anyone that you think may be interested. 
If they can either email me or ring (01954) - 260636, where my parents
will take a message...before 10pm please, it would be appreciated, but
they can just turn up on the day.
